We were absolutely delighted with the team at Deluxe Playhouse! Despite weeks of planning for the event, the forecast on the day was not expected as showers came down for most of the morning. Although, this placed a literal damper on our mood, the pleasant  and courteous team were very encouraging and hopeful  good weather would prevail.

Deluxe Playhouse truly delivered for my son’s first birthday party. The customer service was top tier and the service was excellent. The communication is effective and the team is very responsive to the needs of the client. Set up was on time and the host/play attendant was very attentive and patient with the children. It was an absolute pleasure working with Deluxe Playhouse. We got the white soft play with ball pit plus bounce house for our 1 year old’s birthday party and it was the perfect entertainment for his age group! The toddlers had a blast crawling around, going down the slide, diving into the ball pit, and the older kids also got kick out of the bounce house. The team was warm, professional, and quite thorough from booking through to event execution. The scheduled one-on-one call and site visit a few days before the event was a nice touch and we had the opportunity to discuss all the little details and map everything out. We requested specific colours for the ball pit to complement our theme and they delivered EXACTLY what we discussed. They were punctual in setting up, the equipment was clean, and the attendant was alert and helpful throughout the event. The team was professional, on time, pleasant and easy to work with. They were able to provide feedback on the space for set up and had useful recommendations. They were caring and kind with my daughter and the other kids. The soft play area was clean and neat. The kids really enjoyed. I highly recommended Deluxe Playhouse for any event for your little ones.
