TERMS OF SERVICE
SET-UP REQUIREMENTS:
- Deluxe Playhouse usually requires 1-3 hours before your rental start time to set up equipment and 1-2 hours after your rental end time to pick up equipment, unless there is a need to do an earlier drop-off or later pick-up in order to fit in your event.
- Please do not allow children in the play space during set-up and pick-up of equipment
- Please measure the area for set-up before Softplay arrival to ensure enough space for your set-up
- We require a flat surface that is dry and free of uneven grass, holes, rocks, mud, debris, etc. in order for us to set up the rental equipment. If your rental will be on grass, please mow prior to the event in order to ensure a flat surface so the padded flooring does not buckle, which can be a tripping hazard for children
- Weather: The soft play equipment is made of material that can become quite hot if in direct sunlight. If there will be excessive heat on the day of your rental, please have a shaded space provided (canopy, patio, etc.) for set-up
- The rental equipment cannot be set up under trees/plants that have flowers or colorful droppings, as these can stain the equipment
- We will not set up outside if it is raining or if there is a chance of rain. If there is rain in the forecast for the day of your event, we will work with you to find a place inside to set up
- No refund will be given if outdoor parties are unable to proceed due to wet weather
- For parks and event spaces, it is the renter’s responsibility to obtain the correct permits and permissions (if any) for your location
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Your deposit is nonrefundable – we can postpone your event for a period of 1 year from booking date if you wish to cancel (No exceptions)
- In the event of last-minute bookings cancellation: Deposit will not be returned
- Due to Rain: In case of rain the day of your event, we will hold your deposit if you wish to postpone (We will not set up unless you are able to accommodate set-up indoors)
PAYMENT POLICY:
- Final payment should be made 24 hours before your booking date
- Booking duration lasts for 5 hours after set-up is completed. After 5 hours, an hourly rate applies
PLAYTIME RULES
- Play at your own risk
- All children must be supervised by an adult at ALL times
- No shoes are allowed inside the play areas
- Socks are required at all times
- No diving or throwing balls outside of the ball pit
- No face painting, ink pens, pencils, crayons, or markers of any kind
- No food, candy, gum, or beverages allowed
- No equipment should be removed from play area
- If a child is feeling unwell, he/she must not enter the play area
- It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure all the rules mentioned above are followed, and provide a safe environment to avoid injuries or damage to the equipment provided by Deluxe Playhouse
DISCLAIMER
- Deluxe Playhouse and the owners cannot accept responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment. It is important that the renter reads our Rental Agreement and fully understands and accepts the conditions within.
- Please understand that while our equipment is in your care, you are fully responsible for the equipment. If the equipment is returned in an unacceptable condition such as damaged or dirty condition, stains, holes, rips, etc.) you will be charged for the repair or replacement of the damaged equipment.
